  • ARYA AGNIHOTRI

The reason to choose ATI is to start a teaching career in language teaching. It was interesting and fun. I enjoyed it. The program started with helping me learn about learning rather than teaching . I found this very intimidating and useful in taking up the role of a teacher . The peer teach and teaching practices helped boost my confidence. The duration of the course can be increased and I feel non-teaching students should be guided in seeking a job.

  • Shashi kant chaturvedi

Trainer- ACEL(Advanced center of English language),Madhya Pradesh

Coming back after three years of break in my career, I had a great time attending the course. It was refreshing to begin again with lot of energy and hope. The most useful aspects of the course are the strategies to teach warmer, the context setting followed by the lessons and a final game was quite interesting and useful. It was a wonderful experience altogether. This course will play a vital role in my career. Regarding course improvements, what I feel is that since all the students may not be able to understand all strategies and conditions given in the text, the trainer can explain to make it clear to them.

  • Anshumali Dalela

Trainer at A To Zei Center For Languages,Gurgaon

Well, it was an experience of a lifetime. We were not only being trained as TEFL teachers but also were experiencing what does a learner goes through while in the learning experience. Jhumur did a fabulous job as our facilitator and it was an eye-opener watching her take us right from the scratch to the level of a TEFL trained teacher. Well, the course structure is absolutely fine, but I feel there could be more practice classes so that we have more experience of teaching in real time. A canteen can be provided and there should be some sort of arrangements for the vegetarians.

  • Atrayee Sarkar

    Working at IBM, Bangalore

3 weeks at ATI flew past in a jiffy. The sessions were fun and informative. The trainers were always there to help with any issue we had. The peers were also great to be with. The feedback I received would definitely help me in the future to do well. All in all it was an enriching experience. Thanks ATI. Study material should be more and a little less of activities conducted. Focus was mostly on young learners. A little more input on adult learners as well as teaching practice for them should also be conducted.

  • Syed Aslam Hasan

    Bihar, Patna

It was very enjoyable experience and the environment was very friendly. Trainer made sure that we feel comfortable and clarified every doubt. Teaching practice was very effective and was well coordinated for the fist two days. Last two days were little far from the training center so it could have been near the institute. There should be a training center in New Delhi so that people from Delhi can join the course there. There should be an internship within India so that we can get some experience.

  • Davina Gooriah

Mauritius, Pursued her study in Politics and International Relations at the University of London

It was an enriching experience. I have learned a lot such as being more patient, attentive and being more courageous to handle any problems encountered in any aspect of life. I have met so many kind and generous people who has never hesitate to help me. My trainers always encouraged me and they have a supportive role towards their students. This is one of the quality that mesmerized me. I also had the chance to try many different types of cuisine here like Italian, Chinese. Italian was the best one which I like the most. This course also boost up my confidence level and now I am more equipped to deal with any situation. Overall, it was a good and enjoyable experience It should be four week instead of three weeks

  • Yashika Sethi

    Private Tutor – Delhi

The course is so well designed to meet the classroom needs. It was an amazing experience. I really enjoyed my 3 weeks specially the teaching practice in school. It was completely different for me to face the real classroom experience. It helped me to learn a lot. The trainer is so energetic, enthusiastic or I can say with all the qualities of an excellent teacher.it is simply fantastic. 1) More detailed information can be provided regarding material. 2) teaching practice should be in a good (air conditioned) school.

  • Wu Sin Fong

    Kolkata

It was a fun and engaging learning experience. It was a short course but the matter of learning was massive. The trainers and peers were fun to be with. I had fun during the teaching practice. It was a good experience to be in real teaching class. I feel, we need more of the after course assistance with finding jobs in another countries. I think, the course could have been span out more evenly. I feel the last week is too hectic for the trainee.

  • Madgataprana Dutta

    Kolkata, Masters in English

The experience has been enriching. Training facilitated me with innovative techniques of teaching. Teaching Practice gave us hand on experience on ESL teaching.Teaching English with the help of flashcards and modelling was something new to me entirely. The training could be made more detailed. More Teaching Practices and study materials would surely aid the learning process.

  • Subhalakshmi Majumdar

USA, Master Degree; MBA in Finance

The 3 weeks course at ATI Kolkata was a wonderful experience where I got to learn about exciting new things and met very interesting new people (trainers, peers, learners. others). I think the training here will help me to be not only a Language Teacher, but also an all-rounder teacher who understand the requirement of her/his learners. If the facility gets equipped with internet and printer for Learners, then it would help the Learners in preparing materials themselves. PS: I have marked "Poor" was cases above which are not applicable for me (Visa & Accommodation).

I am a teacher by profession and I may be travelling abroad with my husband. This program will help me continue my profession abroad. The program was an interesting and fun journey for me. This course was very helpful and exciting for me. I think all the contents are useful. It was a good learning experience. Enjoyed it very much. Learnt a lot. Thank you.

  • Lima Rabha

I chose ATI because it is internationally recognized and I wanted to do the course from a reputed institute whose accreditation is accepted worldwide. The experience was totally different. A good course to teach English as a language. My peers were very supportive. And Kolkata has a historical significance so nobody would be disappointed after coming here. We didn't face any problem regarding the training site or materials, the location is serene away from hustle and bustle. Would say in complete sync. It was a good experience, learned techniques which never seen before. Also learned that its not going to be an easy task, lot of work for the teachers and also lot of responsibilities rests on the teacher.

  • 3rd November 2014 - Kolkata batch

  • Sharique Haider

Before joining ATI, I researched and queried a lot. I can say that ATI is affordable and since I live in Patna, so Kolkata was convenient as it is close to Patna.
It was very nice. I learnt a lot of things really like the teaching methodology. Sangeeta is an excellent trainer. She is helpful to all trainees. She taught us a lot of teaching methods in a very organized manner. I enjoyed here every day. I learnt so many things from ma’am Sangeeta.

  • Richa Wahi

I wanted a course that would allow the following:
    • Give me flexibility to miss class for work when necessary
    • Be at a convenient location
    • The dates suited me
                            • Discount
I enjoyed the session. It was a great learning experience that helped me hone my skills – Sangeeta was a good teacher. The class got along well and all these factors combined made these 3 weeks a lot of fun.

  • Vanessa Viscarra

I chose ATI because I wanted to take the TESOL Course abroad. It has been a wonderful experience staying in Kolkata.
It was truly an awesome experience. I learnt more than just how to teach language learners. I learned about new cultures and communities. I thank all my new friends in class for welcoming me to India and showing me the hopes. I will apply everything I learnt during the course to my future students. Cheers!

  • Tanay Sengupta

I have a friend who studied here and completed the course successfully. He suggested me this course and I found it interesting. I wanted to experience this course and learn from here.
All these days of TESOL training will remain in my heart forever. I liked the course and I must say these days I can consider a new phase of my life. And can’t finish without talking about Sangeeta Ma’am – she is great.

  • Chriselda Rahman

I chose ATI because honestly I didn’t know any other. But I’m glad I did.
It has been an experience of a lifetime. It not only met my expectations, but far exceeded the same. The people were wonderful, especially Sangeeta. One thing I would suggest, that there should be some filtering done before choosing the trainees attending the course.

  • Tapan Purkayastha

TI wanted to go through a scientific, psychological English language learning course based on activity principle. So I chose ATI. Secondly, I had a desire of having monetary benefits out of it.
In a single word, it’s an “enlightening” experience. I learnt so much. Particularly the teacher/trainer who trained us was wonderful. The organization and implementation of the total program is quite commendable.

  • K Shanmugaraj Karuppiah

I felt that my method of teaching was inadequate and not satisfactory. Also I felt that I should undergo such a useful program offered by ATI so that I could encourage my student-teachers to follow this model and become successful teachers of English in future. Partly personal and partly service-oriented motive was there in me for choosing the ATI program here.
The 3 weeks program in Kolkata is amazingly interesting and innovative and kudos to madam Sangeeta who gives her heart and soul to the program in every sphere. Thanks to ATI for having given this opportunity to learn a new and innovative method of teaching English by unlearning the traditional methods which hamper the process of teaching. A good experience, of course when we went for real teaching (4 days) practice in school. Thanks a lot ATI, and a special thanks to Sangeeta.

  • Dr Kamaljeet Kaur Ahluwalia

I recently moved to Kolkata so that was an advantage for me to join ATI, Kolkata. I really feel that ATI Kolkata is good.
I am happy with ATI, Kolkata. I don’t have words to describe my trainer Madam Sangeeta, she was excellent, brilliant. Her method of teaching was great. I have learnt a lot from this course. The staff members of ATI are all helpful and kind. I really feel fortunate to have good peers. Overall TESOL Course at ATI was a fantastic experience for me.

  • Jagari Mukherjee

I did a lot of research before choosing an institute for the TESOL Course. I felt that ATI is the best in terms of course curriculum, affordability and being located in Kolkata.
I chose Kolkata because it is my native place and I could commute to the class from the comfort of my home. Being with ATI was a wonderful experience. I learnt a lot and made friends for life. Our trainer, Sangeeta Ma’am is simply brilliant. It is an unforgettable experience.

  • Veena Malhotra

I felt that my teaching method is not good, not satisfactory. Teaching is my passion so I chose ATI. It was really a wonderful experience for me at ATI. I belong to Punjab and Kolkata is the nearest city. So I felt that ATI is the best in terms of course curriculum and its location in Kolkata. I learnt a lot and Sangeeta Ma’am is really a brilliant lady. Thank you very much from the core of my heart Ma’am.

  • 4th August – 22nd August 2014 Kolkata batch

  • Needa Bano

The most useful aspect of the Course was trainer cooperation. She communicated class materials very clearly which helped a lot. “Be brave, take risks. Nothing can substitute experience”. Experience at ATI has made me braver and surer of my career choice.

  • Vijayasri T P

Teacher - Mother Dolphin English school

It was a wonderful experience and it was really interesting and very helpful for learning new techniques in teaching. It was very easy to find the website and I got very good response from the faculty immediately. Regarding pre- course communication it was excellent and I got information then and there. The most useful aspect of the course were basic listening and reading. Our trainer communicated class material clearly.

  • Mrunalini Ingle

Teacher - Doha Modern Indian School,Doha,Qatar

The website gave up-to-date information, and it was very clear. It was a well organised work. The most useful part of the course is teacher's modelling in a class. Regarding course improvement, I can say that bit of more practise is required for the students, hence practise time for preparation should be more. Our trainer was very good, she helped a lot. It was a good learning experience here in Kolkatta. Faculties n the admin staff is very co-operative. All of them are approachable

  • Anju Bhatia

  • Ahmad Pasha

Thanks so much to ATI for providing me great opportunity to put my efforts in practical class.

  • Indrani Chakrabarty

My experience here includes both fun and learning and how we can combine those. Being a teacher we need work twice as hard than the students to make sure that the students learn appropriately and they can open up to the teachers about the problems. The trainers were very helpful in achieving our objective. I am very glad that i took up this course.

  • Uzma Ahmed

Although I had actually just stumbled upon the course, I think it was an enriching experience, I am taking a lot of learning experience back with me. Infact I am going to further my learning experience by doing an advanced course......I have miles to go before I sleep.

  • Tanmoy Hrishi Das

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar English Model School

  • 7th April - 25th April 2014 - Kolkata Batch

  • Shubham

I selected ATI to pursue my TESOL Certification to gain a professional and practical experience in teaching English. I came to know about the onsite TESOL course from newspaper (career Graph) and by searching online in order to pursue a professional career as an ESL teacher who wants to gain & work in Kolkata, India and abroad in the near future.
It was an unexpectedly memorable experience for me especially due to our trainer Sangeeta madam and a group of special friends I made over these past 3 weeks. It was a very good exposure on teacher practice experience which was my main aim of doing this short – term extensive course.

  • Harjinder Kaur

ATI was chosen to get the techniques of ESL teaching and the environment of it. Overall, it has been a great learning experience as it covered all the aspects of the requirement of ESL teaching. Enough emphasis was laid on the challenges to come and techniques were provided how to overcome them successfully.

  • Pushpalina Murmu

I choose ATI because I’m interested in teaching abroad. As one day I was browsing through internet, I came across this ATI website and did thorough study about ATI and decided to join it.
It was a wonderful experience in ATI. I participated whole-heartedly. Learned many teaching learning skills! I am more confident now in teaching children and good in class control.

  • Arijit Thakur

Trainer -- The Chopras (Kaplan's sole partner in India and BCL's partner for IELTS)

Since I needed a course that could be attended without taking too many leaves from my employer, I needed to select course available in my hometown & obviously the price was a factor. The other alternative to this course, CELTA which is administered by BCL is thrice as experience as this course was for me.
Good experience. Cooperative environment. Excellent trainer performance. But marketing staff need to be more clear in their communication, because truth means the whole truth, there is no option of being selective about it. I would say I had a good experience.

  • Sadananda Reddy. P

    Teacher S.R. Digi School

I selected ATI to be an English Teacher in International Schools or in abroad. I applied for so many international schools but they asked me “TESOL” certificate. That’s why I joined in ATI. My friend suggested me to join ATI. She trained in Bangkok in ATI. I learned lot of things in TESOL course. It was very good experience to me. Classes were very good. Our trainers trained us very well. It is the best training for me in my entire life.

  • Sreemoti Majumdar

I came to this institute about 3 years back and visited ATI immediately after I came back from Poland and was not liking the fact that I was unable to work there. But I was unable to enroll because I lived far off. I have done my masters in History and was hoping that this degree would help me get a job if I have to accompany my husband to another country again.
I had a great experience different teaching modules and had great fun. I would like to apply the experience to work abroad.

  • Sucharita Biswas

ATI gives me a chance to teach and travel. I was looking for a job change. So I thought ATI would be useful.
The city is hot and humid; thankfully the class timings saved us from burning in the sun. Location was good. The infra could have been a little better. People have been very helpful.

  • Henry

Teacher -- Various colleges and organizations in Kerala

I wanted to do a course on TEFL and get acquainted with the techniques used in TESOL. It was very new and certainly went beyond my expectations. There were a lot of thing about language learning and language teaching which I got to know here at ATI Kolkata.

  • 6th January 2014 - Kolkata batch

  • Ashim Bharadwaj

I was looking for a change. While surfing the net for education ideas I visited the TEFL website and posted my interest. Next day I received a call and as I was in Cochin, I visited the ATI office in Kolkata the next week. As I have been moving around and especially I fell in love with Thailand, their culture, their people and expect to work there. The experience with the trainer and staff was good; the course gave me an idea about the teaching experience for the beginners of English language skills being a novice of teaching for the first time.

  • Dominic Helot

I chose ATI to enhance my skills towards teaching English as a second language and for an international certification. The location is a peaceful one. Unlike other locations where the traffic does play a disturbing role, this one has been tranquil and composed. Ma’am Sangeeta has been excellent. She is motivated, passionate and zealous about her tasks at hand.

  • Jai Marathe

I chose ATI for an additional qualification. It was great though I found that the main base is of B.Ed only. But it was good.

  • Vinita

I am interested in opening a centre in Bhubaneswar for Spoken English. I felt a certification would give credibility. Sangeeta is a teacher that I was absolutely delighted to find. I learnt so much. Context is important. In a class you need to be precise, organized and follow a set pattern. Our team of 7 was very interesting. My 3 weeks’ experience will last a lifetime!!

  • Mir Abrar Mustafa

I am already in teaching job and I want to go abroad to teach there. But all the schools now want TEFL certified teacher so I searched for that and I found ATI is best for me because it is located in our country at Kolkata. What I learnt from school days till university all were at ATI. It was a nice experience but tough too. It was a lot of hard work. Our trainer was always encouraging not only me but others as well.

  • Neha Sharma

One of my friends suggested me the TESOL course. I searched for the same on the internet. I found the website of ATI very impressive and applied for this course. I really enjoyed my course here in Kolkata. It is my first visit to Kolkata. I met people from different places and made friends here. Last but not the least I had fun here.

  • Shaukat Ahmad Bhat

This was the only option and that is why I chose ATI. While surfing the net I came across this institute. Kolkata is a really beautiful place where one can see the mixture of old and new. The people are friendly and helpful and compatible and I do not feel threatened among them.

I am very happy now even though i was stressed in the beginning. The trainer melded us in a good manner and she helped me whenever i approached. I would suggest others especially who wanted to start the career in the educational field. Thanks for all

Learnt something new about teaching English language. I feel every language teacher must go through this training. The training was very systematic and designed for those who are in teaching and also for those who have desire to become a language teacher. 3weeks duration was a good time frame to learn, practice and retain the skills so that i can use them for the future.

I have been looking for some way of upgrading myself to fit in this world and that is when I came across TESOL. I looked up the internet searched a little and found American TESOL. Being a teacher, the date for the course and of course the location did help a lot to take up this course. Today I sit here so happy that I decided to come here and do something for myself and it so worth it that it cannot be expressed in words. I thoroughly enjoyed everyday. A new experience on the whole. A lot of upgrading did happen. Each day was a drop of knowledge that was added. Each session was interesting and exciting. I am going back with a lot information and clear idea of what I am going to do in future. Thank you TESOL for everything. A wonderful memory to hold close to heart my entire life!

After finising the course, I shall give my feedback. If it ends well, all is well. Anyway the course was useful for the teachers. It helps the teachers to change the technique of teaching from encient method of teaching to modern method of teaching. It is useful for all types of teachers who are handling different subjects.

Attending the classes and teaching young learners were really interesting. Including adult learning material can be more helpful.

  • Kamashi Omar Thasul Khaleel Rahman

It was a wonderful experience as the TESOL course took me to my good old school days. The sessions were full of fun and laughter; I wish the course could have been a little longer. Our trainer Anamika Mukherjee Ma’am was extremely helpful towards me and my batch mates. She takes what she wants from the students; she makes things understand clearly, strict in class but a jovial person otherwise.

  • Mithran Gopinath

The website is good and easy to navigate. The pre-course communication was also useful and all my questions and doubts were answered in time. Overall the course was very useful. However, what needs to be improved is the classroom infrastructure. My trainer was good and the course gave me the experience and confidence to start my teaching career.

  • Clinton Cleetus

The website is very informative and useful. The infrastructure and facilities were also good. However the course just needs more students to make the learning process more effective.

  • FEED BACK: Kerala 24th Nov 2014

  • M. Rachana

I chose this course to improve my teaching skills and to give the qualitative education for my students. I found this course to be a ticket to fly abroad. I came to know that TESOL is the best course for a teacher.
Kerala is a beautiful place, which enriches health. ATI staff Mr. Abdul Shareef gave nice feedback as an observer where I learnt in which area I should improve. Kerala is a place where we can find beautiful scenery, affectionate people and delicious food.
ATI has a perfect curriculum where we can learn how to teach, how to learn and how to control the classroom (classroom management). ATI classroom is different from other trainings. Our trainer Ms. Amrita is very patient to derive the talents from the trainees. I have learnt how to make my students complete their tasks meaningfully from her. She is the best trainer I ever met. I tried to imitate Amrita ma’am to learn the pronunciation. Amrita ma’am is a good trainer she not only deals the classes effectively by also cares for us as a mom. I felt like a family – ATI TESOL Family.
ATI TESOL Kerala provided good accommodation where we can stay comfortably during our Course. I learnt various things like core-dialogue and how to deal with double-line practices.

  • Nilisa Mathew

Teaching has always been of great interest to me. And the option of travelling and teaching together was everything that I could ask for. The ATI site was very informative and encouraging. Hence chose ATI.
It was a very good experience. Much more than what I expected it to be. Enjoyed every bit of it.

I chose ATI because of the brand name and the positive reviews online.
Had the best training experience ever.

  • Jaseena P M

I got very good feedback from my friends those who finished TESOL successfully. It is really a sincere approach to ELT especially for ESL.
It is a heterogeneous group. So it helps to share the experience of all. But the number is too less … we struggled with methods of teaching. TESOL gave me exposure to my career.

  • L Subashini

ATI is an internationally recognized organization with well known reputation for its certification. I actually want to travel around the world teaching in different parts of the country. I am confident that I shall fulfill my dreams in the near future.
Kerala, being a God’s own country, provided a good environment for me to study. My trainer Ms. Amrita was a wonderful role model and she could succeed in molding me as an ideal TESOL teacher.

  • V Sivaji

First of all, I heard great about ATI. I thought I will become a globally accepted teacher if I get recognition officially from American TESOL Institute. So I joined this course. I am also interested to work abroad, especially in European countries.
I am really delighted to write my experience in Kerala with ATI. I learnt so many things how to teach English class effectively. Earlier I was a good teacher now I can clearly say that I am going to be the best teacher. The credit goes to our trainer first of all. So I thank ATI and everyone who gave me lot of confidence to accomplish my future goals. Thank you all.

I came to know about ATI through website. I read the feedbacks of previous trainees. Besides, it is very near to my place. It was good experience learning with other batch mates from different parts of the world.

  • Haritha C.N

When I googled about TESOL courses in India. ATI was there in the list; eventually I called Poulami Chatterjee and landed in Kolkata office. She made me feel comfortable, understood my need and suggested me accordingly. I liked her service. That is the main reason for me to choose ATI.
It was a fabulous experience staying in Kerala for 3 weeks away from everything and very close to nature and ESL (TESOL). My final days of TESOL, classroom practice session was the perfect hands on experience. I loved it.

  • Joshy.K.S

It is my native place, Kerala. I do prefer American English better than B. English. The fee structure is comparatively lesser. It was a thrilling experience where I have learned how to inculcate English language and how English language could be taught by using a new approach and even how easy it is to elicit answers from students.

  • Nisha.K.A

I chose ATI because it was the first site I saw in Google. After reading the details, I felt that this course was for me. Kerala is a very beautiful state. I liked Kochi very much. I gained a lot of knowledge and experience from this course.

First of all it’s my land, Kerala, my native place. Compared with other institutions, fee structure is very attractive. Moreover, it satisfied my thirst for learning language techniques. The guidelines were very clear from beginning to end.
It was interesting to work with our trainer. I never felt anything strange and had a good experience.

  • Pardeep Kaur

ATI is an institute with international recognition and the only one offering TESOL in India at a reasonable cost as compared to the other institutes in the market. Kerala is a beautiful place and people at ATI are extremely helpful. I explored different places in Kerala and would like to come back again for a holiday with my family.

  • Venus Sharma

Kerala is a cool place and people are really friendly and generous. It’s a beautiful place on earth. ATI is a platform where I could shed all my inhibitions and a place which transformed completely.

  • Deepha Chengapa

A friend suggested that I should do it. Overall the experience was fine. But as adults and after paying a fairly good amount, I expected a better and cleaner classroom environment.

I have chosen this course to upgrade myself as an excellent English language tutor. Nowadays it is very important to teach students using ESP skills and my workplace is going to be one of the universities. Since I have heard a lot about the benefits of TESOL Program, I’m very sure that this will help me to teach around the world and fulfill my ambition.

  • Sachin Hariram

Teaching was the profession that I chose after completing my post-graduation. But the craze for following my passion led me away from the profession, my passion being Entertainment industry. And being there and done that, I would like to pursue the profession I learned. But before entering into the teaching I would like to brush up things that I forgot and also increase the knowledge in the field. So the English teacher training course.

  • V. N. Madhusoodanan Nair

  • N. George Mathew

It is important for a teacher to update and refine skills and strategies. A teacher has to learn the development going on in his/her field. I have chosen to attend an English teacher training course because of the following reasons 1. To learn new concepts in English language teaching. 2. Develop qualities to enhance teaching skills in EFL classrooms. 3. Get insights about classroom management in EFL situations.

  • Lokesh Sharma

I have been teaching English and other subjects from the age of nineteen. Although I did not have a degree at my start of career I manage to get it later. I have enjoyed the experience so for, and it has inspired me to take teaching a little more seriously ultimately, I will like to teach mathematics, but I am in no rush to do so – I would like to use the TESOL qualification to improve my potential teaching skills. I believe the skills will be transferrable, and as my teaching experience so for is only one on one experience in front of a class will be hugely useful. I also enjoy traveling (and being in India) and I am aware that TESOL allows for that.

  • Reshmi Shaji

To be a certified Trainer in English and work as a teacher abroad.

  • Joseph Kizhakudan

After 10 years in the BPO industry. I decided to more from operation to soft skills and voice & accent training. Not having any certification in teaching / training would be a disadvantage. So after my employer suggested the TESOL program, I jumped right in.

Basically, Teaching is more demanding and challenging. I have a passion for teaching. And all the more, it gives me an opportunity to learn and grow along with the students. Because I consider teaching to be a learning process. I always consider my classroom as a workshop where we (students & myself) learn together. Last year, I was offered a job by the Ministry of Manpower, Sultanate of Oman. I teach level 2 students of Nizwa college of technology. In order to meet the growing needs of the students, I want to upgrade my qualification so as to meet the demand of the learning process as well as the students. ATI is a wonderful gift to me. It helped to update my teaching techniques as well as better opportunity for abroad schools.
I really enjoyed the course with ATI. The way our trainer trained us and the moral support we got are gracious things. I leant how to teach English to other speakers.

  • Shruthi

I chose ATI because it was more appropriate and convenient with my fellowmates.
Our trainer made the course very pleasant and unforgettable. Learnt a lot of things and met very nice & different people. Overall, it was brilliant!!

  • Jesika

I heard a lot about ATI. It is my brother who referred me this course. And of course we got a good trainer too. The course was worthwhile and surely I would like to implement all these methods and techniques in real classroom in my future career.
I am for the first time in Cochin specifically for the course. But Cochin attracted me a lot with many shopping malls, tourist spots etc. With ATI I had a great time and I’m proud to be a part of TESOL family. And I definitely feel that I have improved a lot.

  • KavithaMurthy

Through my friends I got a link to TESOL and I heard lots about the value of ATI certificate. I had a great and different experience in Kerala with ATI. I am always grateful for my experience & knowledge. I hope that I have new career options opened for me.

  • Ayesha Thaseen Banu

Obviously, I found the ATI information site offered quite interesting courses with useful course guidelines. On top of all, I’m provided with an opportunity to work in countries with different culture and people which is just because of ATI and the TESOL course. The TESOL course with ATI in Kerala would be a memorable experience which is filled with interesting learning and much of great FUN!!

  • Sheena K

I chose ATI because it will increase the scope for a job abroad. It’s really a good experience. This course brought a clear vision about the teaching methodologies.

  • Annie Joseph

I chose to do a refresher to upgrade my teaching skills. ATI was just right for me – having already the necessary qualification of a graduate degree, degree in education and some teaching experience. I hope that this training will help me secure a job in a language school somewhere in Bangalore. This intensive curse curriculum was a refresher course to the B.Ed degree I acquired in the not-so-recent past. The ATI instructor Amrita Ghosh was excellent in her teaching abilities. She made the study period enjoyable even though it was a very intensive one. I know that this course is a value addition to my years of experience in teaching. Apart from the bandhs, Kerala was an enjoyable place.

  • Pinki Singh

I chose ATI because I had heard lot it and it helps in getting better job. Also I wanted to enhance my teaching skills. I had great time doing TESOL. I met new people and made few friends. It was good learning experience.

  • Kamlesh Amdaskar

ATI is well known institute. It is the only reliable institute which conducts such kind of courses. We are successful in getting full knowledge about TEFL. It was wonderful to have a course in Kochi. Our trainer Ms Amrita is too good to be our teacher. It is not an easy task to have 23 people from different places having class under one roof. In my view the bounding between us was because of Ms Amrita (trainer) and her team. I wish all my regards to ATI.

  • Anoop Jose

As I browsing net I could find only ATI that provides TESOL certificate course in Cochin which is a convenient place for me. And I found that it was not that very expensive. It was a wonderful experience and really enriching. I could realize the areas of improvement.

  • Margareth Hensing Vashi

Because it is one of the best institute in teaching teachers, who wants to travel and teach English around the world. My experience in Kerala and with ATI is simply the best and great to experience different culture. My trainer Amrita is one of the best trainers I’ve known and she is so helpful. I really thank her for her great effort putting in me.

  • S. Sneha

While pursuing my MA degree, I was looking out for other extra courses to add to my resume. I heard about ATI through a friend and decided to take up TESOL. The discount on the fee was another reason to have signed up for ATI and not any other institute. I had a very joyous time here at ATI. I was given a platform to realize my potentials and skills in the field of teaching a language. Furthermore, our trainer, Amrita ma’am and all my classmates contributed to a very vibrant ambience in the classroom. I shall definitely take back a lot of memories.

  • Latha

To become a good teacher, ATI is a good scope to enhance one’s skill. Enjoyed every part of it! Lovely! It’s truly a good’s place! Wow!

  • Terence

I chose ATI because of the least very choices being available to me. The course has really catered to all the needs of the trainees. It’s hard for me to think of anything that inconvenienced us throughout the course. All thanks to Amrita.

  • D. Vanitha

I believe TESOL /TEFL is essential to teach English overseas. TESOL/ TEFL program helps to make a teacher to be efficient and effective in their teaching. All over India ATI provide this course. I enjoyed the sessions (TESOL). ATI Kerala has provided the course very effectively. I got various friends from all over India.

  • J. Renugadevi

I chose ATI because I am going to move abroad. I thought the course was very nice. First of all, I would like to express my sincere thanks to ATI that provided a nearby study center. We had a lot of questions when we first arrived here, such as how will it be! What can they going to do. Initially it looked tough, when I understood the system, it was easy to me. Mrs. Amrita’s practical approach in teaching was really appreciable.

  • K Nazarkhan

I chose ATI because I was satisfied with their system, when I read all the details from the ATI website. One more thing is the center in Kerala is near to us. I had a very nice experience in Kerala. Ms. Amrita the trainer whose dedication and not-to-miss concentration shows her experience. It shows out not only her, but also the institution’s credibility. My special thanks and heartfelt thanks to the trainer and ATI.

  • Syeda Masarath Fatima

I was browsing internet to get links for jobs abroad, and there I founded this link for TESOL onsite 120 hrs course. This is how I came to know about ATI and I enrolled myself for the course and the rest history. Kochi is a wonderful place to stay and being part of ATI as a trainee gave immense pleasure. I learnt completely new ways and methods to teach English and be an ESL teacher. It was a good exposure to a teacher practice.

  • Nidhi Mukundan

This was the only class that I found online which had in class training. Also they were very prompt in replying all my queries. Rachel also called me offer an online exchange to ask me if I was clear about the opportunities. ATI also offered an international certification which was another plus point. My experience in Kerala was also very good. Learning teaching with ATI was brilliant and I feel like I’ve learnt so much. The practical teaching combined with the inclass teaching was really good – in the sense there is a clear understanding on how to introduce concepts

  • Anuradha Chandran

I had heard about TESOL from a lot of people. Since I wanted to be a part of a structured training program and ATI offered this onsite program in Kochi, I opted for it. In-classroom programs like this were what I was looking for. I live in Kochi, so the experience is a little different for me. But my experience with ATI has been really enlightening. In these 3 weeks with the help of an encouraging trainer and good friends, I have been able to face and attempt to deal with a lot of issues I had as a trainer till now. Thank You.

  • Joying

ATI is one of the forerunner in imparting quality training to aspiring as well as teachers who are already into the profession of teaching English. It is more like the door of traveling and teaching English to the world. I’ve had an amazing time in Kerala with ATI. The trainer (Amrita), coordinator, staff everyone was very helpful. The location, Kerala, can be humid, but it has some amazing places to visit.

  • 6th February - 22 February 2014 - Kochi Batch

  • Sumitha

It was referred to by a friend of mine. It has international accreditation. Location suited me. The initial conversation with Rachel was informative. Details about the accommodation were not clear and had difficulties on the day I arrived. The experience with trainer Sangeeta and peers was memorable and they will be cherished forever.

  • Shahnaz M.C.

I chose ATI to do TESOL as ATI was providing the course in Cochin which is closer to my hometown. And I understood ATI has been doing it for long and expected a very good program. Location was good as Cochin is one of the most happening places of South India. There are a lot of interesting places to visit. Experience with ATI was a little disappointing. May be I did not do my homework well and found out what exactly the course offered and how useful it is going to be for me who wants to be an adult trainer particularly. I feel it is a bit overpriced.

  • R. Krishna Pradeep

I chose ATI because I felt it could give me reputation at my place of work. The location is calm and peaceful. ATI has tamed my way of teaching.

  • Usha Rani A.S.

I chose ATI because this is the only source available in India to have a one to one course. I learnt a lot but no complete satisfaction. A briefing about the course could have been done as a part of the course rather than telephonic and website marketing as every learner has to plan for the huge amount to invest before he/she could decide about the course to be taken.

  • Shravan Kumar

I chose ATI to improve my teaching techniques, myself and to travel while teaching all over the world. It is good where I can improve my skills and can meet many trainees from different places. Location is cool.

  • Pankaj M Tagde

    I chose ATI

    • To learn new and effective techniques of language teaching/learning
    • To get my English communication more fluent
    •                 To enhance my pre-teaching/learning skills
    •                 To generate more passion and interest in my language teaching
    •                 Get globally certified and recognized as a TESOL teacher

It was great fun being here at my dream destination. I met new friends/peers from various parts of the country and the world. Good experience overall. Great trainer to have with us who was jolly, energetic and very understanding.

  • Julia Luova

I chose ATI because in comparison to other institutions providing TESOL courses, price and location of this course was optimal for me. Very good trainer, good course content, comfortable classroom but inconvenient location in the city.

  • Sidharth Thomas Jacob

I needed to understand and be trained in teaching English in an effective manner. Well planned and executed. The training materials provided were supportive. Our spontaneous interaction with trainer helped in building teaching abilities. I would like to point out that the trainer’s energy made a huge impact and made us feel the need to perform and try to excel her set expectations.

  • Feedback - Bangalore 19th Jan 2015

  • Sarabjeet Taneja- Working as a teacher, Fareportal

The course is highly informative which is helpful for all the learners. The course was indubitably good and the contents fulfilled our requirements.Teaching Lessons and processes were the most helpful parts of the course. It doesn’t need any major improvements as the course includes a lot of new things that we have learnt and we can implement in our career. The infrastructure was just awesome and well maintained. Overall it was amazing.

  • Mahima Batra- Working as a teacher, Fareportal

I find this course very useful and helpful. My experience throughout the training was prodigious. I am glad that I was a part of Sangeeta's batch. Thank u Sangeeta for the mind-boggling and astounding time you have given to us in the training. Sangeeta is an amazing trainer.

  • Kavitha J. Victor

The company website is very informative. Rachel was extremely cooperative and answered all our queries. The course content and materials were excellent. Ms. Sangeeta's teaching style and the methodologies explained were fabulous and exceeded my expectations. Teaching practice was the most useful part especially since I have no teaching experience. A screening process can be done before enrolling the candidates for the course. It would have been very useful if the session on phonology was a little elaborate. This is how the course can be improved. The infrastructure was overall good except for a little problem with the sitting arrangements. Overall, the experience was wonderful. I have learnt much more than what I had anticipated. The knowledge gained in this course is really going to enrich my whole life and help me to pursue my career as an English trainer.

  • Dimple Sendhil

It’s been a great experience, learning was fun. Sangeeta has been a great trainer. All aspects were excellent.

  • Sumalatha Divakaran

We had a great teacher who guided us well and gave us proper information of what to expect once we complete the course.

  • Adiel Martinl

I feel I took the right step joining the course. It has helped me in what I was looking for. I just hope I'll be able to find my path in career based on the knowledge I acquired in this course.
Maybe a proper counseling needs to be done to those who want to join this course as people have a few misconceptions regarding getting a job once you finish the course because other factors also matter. People should also know why and what is the real purpose of this course.

  • Vinatha Bunda

The training facilities were overall good. However, a few improvements need to be implemented. I had a good experience with the training itself, however I personally felt there wasn’t proper understanding of how this course helps once certified. I feel there should be process in place for applying to this course and understand the objectives of application and their relevant background.

  • Prabhakar Babu Mallavarapu- Teacher at St. Ann's English Medium School

More relevant information regarding the course would have been helpful.
Accommodation near training site would have been better.
    My overall experience was awesome.
More classes on phonology can be included.

  • Surbhi Ranga

It was an unforgettable experience, I learned a lot. I came here alone but I’m going with so many friends. Everything about the course was great.

  • Dusherla Sangeetha

Website has detailed information. From the beginning till the completion of the course we were timely informed. We had no confusion at all. We had peaceful journey throughout. Thanks for everything.
IT IS A FANTASTIC COURSE. I HAVE LEARNT A LOT FROM THIS COURSE. I DID NOT LEARN THIS MUCH EVEN IN MY B.ED COURSE. IT WAS GREAT EXPOSURE TO ME.
    I am fully satisfied.
Our teacher was fantastic. We will definitely miss her after the course. She was our best guide, mentor and friend.
    The course is well prepared.

  • Vandana Rajkumar

It is a lovely experience.......got to meet so many wonderful and helpful people....Got to learn so many things which I will implement in my career in the future.... It was perfectly executed than expected.

  • Shraddha Karambelkar

This was an amazing experience. It was an experience of a lifetime. I din’t expect it would be so good. The techniques taught will be really useful for my teaching. Sangeeta mam was amazing. It was more of a fun class. I din’t know teaching could be so much fun. Her techniques have given a new direction for teaching. Hope to have a continued association with ATI. You guys are doing an amazing job.
If possible try to extend the course. Include more topics if possible.

  • Mythra Nagaraj- Teacher at St. Philomena's PU School

It was good. But I was expecting a little more. It should not get restricted to teach only those three lesson plan (basic, listening, reading). Along with a good trainer (language speaker) ATI should introduce some language tips (communication). It’s working more like a finishing school rather than a training center.

  • Bharath Chakravarthy- Teacher at BMS College, Bangalore

All aspects of the course are excellent. I had beautiful experience doing this course.

  • Supriya Alexl

It was an awesome experience. We were very fortunate to have Sangeeta as our trainer. I am glad I took the course

  • Abdulrhman Saleh

All aspects of the course are excellent. Overall it is a good experience. Let’s have more practical classes at school.

  • Devang Pithiya

  • Kiran Martin

The steps of the TEFL program were extremely helpful giving us a clear idea about how to teach. It was ENLIGHTNING.

This course offers the opportunity to have the best teaching skills, teaching knowledge, teaching methodologies and teaching techniques to teach the students of speaking other languages without using mother tongue. I have made great progress in my teaching career through learning this course and I fully hope that it can make me a successful teacher.

  • Hamayoo Khan

As how Pak showed in her teaching session, the first day, she taught us the basic Thai language vocabulary, a few greetings and some names of Thai foods. I found it hard to pronounce the words at first, as they are all very new to me but they are all really related to our daily life in Thailand, because most of them are street food names , which we encounter daily when we order food here. But after a few round of practices ,I pronounced them correctly. Afterwards, Pak divided us into groups and ask us to write a sentence in English and she will help us to translate it into Thai , afterwards we need to come out in front of the class and say it out in Thai, these kind of activities help us to put the Thai Language into a real life scenario. I think we could pickup a foreign language faster, as the words we learn is much practical and we have to demonstrate them in front of the class .As a matter of fact, what we learn can be useful in our daily lives and it will stay with us permanently. Special helping session can be provided on Saturday for those who had left

  • Hnin Pyae Pyae Phyo

I have gained ample of invaluable teaching techniques and experience during this intensive TESOL course. I am very delighted to teach in Thai local primary and secondary schools to acquire additional teaching practice. This is extremely reflective and effective to assist my career. I became much more sociable and flexible when dealing with classmates from different countries, particularly in doing peer teach and pair teaches.

  • Yu Nandar Zaw

From this training course, I got lots of experiences. I had many classmates who came from different countries. I really enjoyed learning with them together and made nice discussion and activities. I gained confidence and great interactive skills. This course helps me how to use teaching methodology and deal with the students well. It was an amazing experience however I hope it would have some more components of. Language teaching.

  • Win Thandar Hlaing

Teacher in Private School in Yangon

I am grateful to this course for a great opportunity to revise grammar material, methodology concepts, and effective lesson planning. I got vivid examples of highly effective teaching methods, various ways of establishing rapport with students and I used them in my lesson planning during the course. To add to that, the course drew my attention to the topic of communicative games in the classroom. I got answers to all of my questions and detailed feedback on the submitted assignments. It was my pleasure to work with such a positive, supportive, patient and experienced tutor. He really made the program! It was a great course for me as it gave me the flexibility to work from home and in my own hours. I feel that I am ready to teach abroad.

  • Puloma Das

Instructional design manager/ trainer in Indecomm Global Services

I had a good time as it was a huge diverse group. I could interact with everyone and learn more. I partnered my sessions with different people and it was great. But sometimes it was very hectic as I had to work very hard till late night. It's too hectic and gruelling. You should make it more interesting.

  • Jacqueline Lopez

The truth is that the amount of teachers in the course, 30ish, including both site attendees and online trainees at the end, was good amount. Less or more would have not been ideal, but the 30 was a good number for both; my experience overall was strong and very useful for life. The truth is, both June and Pak gave excellent support and minor details will always be there, but we all have it as no one is perfect. Hence the overall experience was amazing and beautiful; we all learned so much!

  • Jeetendra Rajani

Teacher at Lancers Army School, Surat, India and also trainer for IELTS

It was beautiful........an overwhelming experience. Things were well organized. Everything seemed to be wonderful. People from across the world met on one platform and they shared their mesmerizing experiences together.

  • Thuya Zaw

    Teacher at ILBC.

I got a lot of experience during the input sessions. I learned a foreign language. I got more confident after the sessions. We had fun during the input sessions. We were tired when we had to go to teaching practice. I think maximum trainees in the class should be 15.

  • Tin Naing Moe

I could pursue what I desire for teaching-learning process. I had acquired knowledge and had self-confidence about ESL and EFL teaching. I got many inputs throughout the sessions and could do peer learning well. On teaching practice days at local schools, I could really apply the inputs given during the sessions. In my opinion, class size must be between 10 and 15 trainees so that all can learn in a more streamlined way.

  • Parth Patel

The training journey was amazing, made better by our trainer and the support staff, as well as my peers. I was exposed to some multi cultural elements and learning and thinking styles, and learnt a lot about how different people all over the world think. It was truly and unforgettable experience. I think the course could cover a lot more than it did. We are still in the dark about a lot of practical aspects of being a teacher. I believe 3 weeks are not enough to cover it all, so maybe it could be made a bit longer. Whatever was covered, however, was done perfectly by our trainer and she put in every effort humanly possible to make sure we understand, as well as retain whatever was being taught. We could maybe cover course designing, test designing, etc, based on different levels of our target students.

  • Dharmista Roy

Teacher at ABE VALUEPOINT SYSTEMS, Bangalore, India

It was an amazing experience. I already knew about the strategies and methodologies. I was looking forward to some more inputs required to handle a digital classroom with modern aids, activities to handle young adult EFL learners. However, I have learnt a lot from the other aspects like using theatre technique in classroom. The course is really comprehensive and helpful. However, it could be fine-tuned by including some more inputs about how teachers and trainers can handle different kinds of learners coming from different cultural backgrounds, using digital technology, modern aids in classroom, for example, using Oxford Headway as a digital content, developing confidence in trainers to handle classroom challenges, etc. Having said that, I believe the course was really insightful. I could brush up my fundamentals.

  • KANCHAN NEGI

My experience has been indeed a remarkable one. The journey from April 26 till date has been really mesmerizing. The training was awesome, the memories of which I will cherish throughout my life. The trainer has unsurpassed knowledge and is very helpful by nature. Both the trainers i.e. Ms. June & Ms. Pak have always been there for us. • Amr Mekki

I found the course to be informative and beneficial. The tools provided by the course have served to develop my abilities as a teacher and as a result, I feel comfortable in front of the students. The opportunity to teach in front of native students is invaluable for one hoping to become an English teacher in a foreign country.

I had a great experience and the best thing I never felt bored in class, like when will the class end. Training was good and facilities given were adequate, however food could be better as we had same menu for 3 weeks. Well can't speak on technical aspect and I don’t have any other suggestion

  • Jayamahadeva Swamy

Teacher in St.Anne's Degree College for Women

Its a handy and informative course for any ESL aspirant. It covered the overall aspects of ESL arena giving equal importance to possible pitfalls of a newly trained teacher. The peer TP and TP sessions outside were good for boosting confidence and oil the wheels for a smooth ride during actual teaching sessions.

  • Mithun Raj Thiagarajan

The team rocks , all the very best. Keep up the good work. The course was crystal clear and involved personality development that is required for every teacher. Good experience and a chance for anyone to evolve (like me from a completely different education & work background) to achieve their dream in becoming a teacher.

  • Priyanka Paul

Everything was perfect- the staff, the trainer, the facility, the infrastructure. I had an amazing experience. I learnt a lot about teaching. The course helped me to think from the point of view of the students and plan the lessons accordingly. Also that becoming a teacher is just another foray into the field of learning. I think more practice teaching sessions would be better. And the students should be from different age groups, not limited only to schools. Also, there should be provision for placements as teachers.

  • Pranjyoti Saikia

It thoroughly prepares the students enrolled to become successful teacher. Please include compulsory young learners teaching practice.

  • Diplip Choudhury

The in-class training and the course materials were of great use and help. Ron helped me with all the pre-course inquiries I had and kept in touch consistently. A few more Teaching Practice in the schools could be implemented. In fact Pak made it very simple for me and all of us! Pak was of great help and she always helped me with a smile. "ATI- Some things in life can only be experienced while you live in it. ATI changed me as a teacher, changed me as a person, and made me empathize more! "

  • Ilya Vialykh

Attending the course was a life-changing experience that opens a gateway to the magical Orient! The guides with whom I was in constant communication, Jenny and Ron, are very flexible and supportive. They assisted me on every issue I had regarding the course before coming to Thailand. However, I personally feel that the course can be improved and marketed among the western-educated Russians like me.

  • Joe Thomas Mathew

I had heard about ATI through my friend. The short stay was good. It was a nice experience. Met new people and experienced the Thai culture.

  • Eduardo Mora

I chose American TESOL Institute just by chance, the dates were convenient for me, and competitive price. Course was OK, but I did not like the location. Very bad customer service. Too far from BTS or quick transportation to downtown or places to visit. Nothing interesting around the hotel, no swimming pool nor common areas with enough chairs.

  • Kinjal Sejpal

Feel so blessed to have chosen American TESOL Institute. Overall a very pleasant experience giving us a feel of Thailand culture along with the study material. Great teaching and stunning experience.

  • Jessie Florence

  • Gaurvi Mudgal

(Teaching Practice : 8-12th December 2014) The American TESOL Institute is what they promise. After doing the teaching course online from ATI, I always wanted to have the experience in learning in-class. ATI educates us on how to create lesson plans and cultural education as well. I am delighted being here in Thailand – land of culture. My experience here was excellent. I met different people with different culture and language and staying here with them for one week, gave me an experience of lifetime. It has been an incredible experience visiting schools, being on time and maintaining discipline. My learning in teaching practice course has helped me a lot in developing myself as a better teacher. I am thankful to ATI for giving me this experience and opportunity.

  • Sachin Burghate

American TESOL Institute was recommended by a friend. It was an intense learning experience. I learned a lot about the actual art of teaching in a class to varied ages of children. I think the experience will be applicable to many educational situations.

  • Parag R Vankudre

I wanted to turn to teaching sooner or later as I love to teach and being with kids. I have to take a sabbatical from my profession and turn to teaching. Moreover my wife taking this course urged me to complete this course successfully. I am confident and I have learned a lot about teaching from this course and can rise up from here. Bangkok being a metro city has a very busy life style. I would have certainly liked the venue to be at Chiang Mai or Pattaya. The location at JL Bangkok is good and perfect for those who stay at the hotel as the learning venue is at the hotel itself. However, overall the experience was good and enjoyable.

  • Daniel

I chose American TESOL Institute first of all because it was the cheapest I could find. I did some research on it to see what people had to say about it on the internet and it seemed alright. It was a fine course. I learned a lot of things that will enable me to be a hands on teacher. Sangeeta is very inspiring and she really gave us some good lesson plans to be able to start teaching.

  • Shreya Saha

Exposure to teaching kids and teens, how to teach foreign language – all were very effective.

Though it is the 3rd visit in the country, but this time I found it overwhelming with our trainer Sangeeta, Instructor & coordinator Pak. Nice environment in and around hotel. Everything is just excellent!

ATI has two centers in India – Kochi & Kolkata. Makes it more convenient incase overseas is not possible. Having a location internationally, gives a multicultural touch. Get to be in a classroom with trainees from different parts of the world. It was a wonderful experience. The classroom experience has been so exciting & thrilling. This batch had some interesting trainees from around the globe. We have laughed, have been upto some pranks, learning has been fun. Great going! Good Work!

  • Bangkok School Experience Program, December 2014

  • M. Dasan

I chose American TESOL Institute to get trained in TESOL. Location is fine, but with ATI Institute not very happy. Some points to Thai culture, a few dialogues (greetings, asking the way, etc.) in Thai language could have been introduced so as to enable us to accumulating.

  • Gurpreet Kaur Panesar

I chose American TESOL Institute because I wanted to enhance my areas of teaching. Also ATI gives an opportunity to have class teaching experience, specially non-English speaker. So this is the most attractive part of the curriculum. It was wonderful experience. I enjoyed attending Sangeeta mam’s classes and enjoyed teaching Thai students the most. I never had experience of teaching non-English speaker students before. But now I would like to thank ATI for giving me this great opportunity.

  • Priya Nirwal

When I thought of improving my methods of teaching English, I knew TESOL is what I need. And internet is brimming up with websites of Institutes providing this program. But I remembered one of my friends had done TESOL and when I took her advice, she suggested me ATI. I found good reviews on the internet about ATI and I definitely made a good choice. My experience was great. I am taking many good memories and I learnt a lot. Now I have a clear vision of teaching methods and I know what exactly to do to teach English to non-speakers of English. Our trainer is just amazing. A special thanks to Ms. Sangeeta for being such a nice trainer. I am very happy to be a part of this program.

  • Reshma Jodhwani

It provides us with knowledge and ideas which would increase our skill passage and enable us to be better teachers. It helps us to set ground rules by ourselves as teachers and also helps in improving as per the need of the hour. It was an energetic experience. Fortunately I met one of my friends and she directed me to do this course. I am very much passionate to work with children especially with the younger ones (3yrs to 6 yrs).

  • Mohit Choubey

The reason I opted out for this course is that next year I am moving to Japan & it would be really beneficial for me if I acquire this certificate in order to teach in Japan. Also I don’t have any previous teaching experience, so I am hoping this course will build my skill as a new teacher & give me enough confidence to conduct a class.

  • Tanaaz Cooper

This course is focused on teaching English to those whose mother tongue is not English, and coming from a non- native speaking country, it will enhance my capability to teach. Also, exchanging cultural beliefs and ideas will enable me to bridge the gap between different cultures, and enhance my knowledge, which I guess is priceless.

  • Jennifer Logan

Being in this profession for more than 18 years, I have chosen to do TESOL to enhance my career experience. My love for exploring cultures and being part of that culture lured me into participating in this course. The learning experience in a different setting and the opportunity to gain information would lead me to impart it in my homeland as well as use it to explore new dimensions. Being part of a program on a global platform is the kind of experience I was looking for.

  • Dr S K Kavimandan

I believe a teacher is a teacher all the life. He likes imparting knowledge. I like learning languages - both native and foreign. This is an important tool to interact with culturally different people and to enhance one’s ability to adapt, mingle with different people and understand them. A ‘TESOL’ qualification further improves your chances of gainful employment with some adventure. Teaching satisfies me of doing good to others.

  • Steven Willison

I have run and operated several business ventures in California and Hawaii. I have recently sold the Maui Hawaii business and would like to try something very different. My wife is Thai and I would like to be a better part of the Thai culture. A good manager running a business is a good teacher. I would like to learn the skills to teach young people English. After all, this is the universal language of the world.

It helped me to streamline the direction to proceed towards our goals. The theoretical teaching gave me the structure to teach. My experience was very good. I enjoyed every class held here. None of the classes was boring or disconnected. Every day it was a new experience and a new challenge. The best was the teaching practice in school. Never ever thought of ‘me’ engaging in such a prolific course.

  • Hemalatha R

I received positive feedback from the testimonials on the website. The course was much tougher than I first thought but rewarding. I just happened to choose it as I was looking for a career overseas. It had indeed added value to my teaching experience-learnt new ways, methodologies, activity based teaching which I was always looking for. I am happy I made the right choice. It was a wonderful experience having both the training and accommodation at one place. I never felt the stress. Food is a little challenging for vegetarians. We couldn’t get “Halaal” food in many places. Choices were less but rest was absolutely wonderful.

I chose ATI because the website looked like a professional company & the price was good in comparison to other companies. It has been a wonderful experience! Really enjoyed the course, Whitney was great.

I choose ATI because of the price, the location, and the content of the course. All was very good for me. The course was nicely carried on by Whitney whom has been very clear and dedicated to her reaching and gentle with all of us. Pak her Thai assistant was also very nice to us. Ramkhamang is a great location in BKK and JL Bangkok hotel is clean and comfortable.
